We aim to provide an outcome within 20 working days, which includes our review process.

We cannot guarantee a faster turnaround time, as we need your awarding institution to verify your qualification. Processing time cannot take national public holidays or institutional closures into consideration.

If verification is not received within the timeframe, the outcome of your application will be ‘Unable to verify’.

In some circumstances, we may ask you to contact your awarding institution, as some institutions require contact from the qualification holder to support verification. If this is needed, we will let you know by email.

We will also let you know if we need any additional documents. If this is the case, it may take longer for us to process your application and the 20-working day timeframe will restart.

Refunds are not available once we have started reviewing your application.
